If you are applying for financial aid, you must register with a paper registration form and send it in. Forms are at the bottom of the page.
We also need every child to have an updated physical and immunizations completed within 2 years of their full stay at Camp Spaulding (Dated after June 25, 2016). You will be sent an email (if you provide us with one) to CampDoc, our online medical database, to give us said information and upload your physical and immunizations. If you need help with any part of this process, please feel free to contact us !

Camp Spaulding is a collaboration between the YMCA and Child and Family Services of New Hampshire. Both organizations fundraise year round to ensure that any child can have access to an overnight camp experience. Because of this, each organization has their own financial aid form and person to send it to!
